So, I was out for some days to enjoy the second leg of my vacations and this time I spent 7 days in Punta del Este - Uruguay.
Punta del Este is one of the best vacation hot spot in Uruguay, preferred destination for argentine and brazilian jet sets.
Punta del Este award its visitors with numerous beaches and an impressive nightlife including bars, lounges, restaurants, casinos and night clubs. Check below my Punta del Este video.

The best deal in Punta is the nightlife that can be unforgettable. The sunset in the summer season is around 9:15 pm making the night life start a little bit late than other spots. So, the restaurants in Punta del Este usually start to receive its clients on 9:30pm - 10pm. Booking the restaurant in advance is highly recommended.

THINGS TO DO IN PUNTA DEL ESTE
Once you land in Punta del Este your journey in this amazing place could be quite simple. If you came from Europe and US, you probably left your huge winter to enjoy the summer in Punta del Este. The season in Punta del Este is November - March.
Let me give you some advises about what to do and what to see in Punta del Este. Don't forget to continue reading and check the pictures and video below.

CITY TOUR IN PUNTA DEL ESTE
If it's your first time in Punta del Este, a city tour is recommended and I will tell you why:
- you will visit the best beaches, the billionaire mansions, the best Punta del Este hot spots and your tour will end at Casa Pueblo when you will enjoy a terrific sunset.
The city tour usually starts at 6pm and ends at 9pm.
A walk tour is also a very attractive thing to do depending where your hotel is located. You can find good hotels located near downtown and walking distance to Conrad Punta del Este (for those who wants to gamble) and also steps from Gorlero St and Calle 20 (where the best brands stores are located).
You can walk in the boardwalk in the Playa Mansa and walk all the way until you reach Playa Brava, so, you will circle all the "Punta" coast to enjoy amazing views.

RESTAURANTS IN PUNTA DEL ESTE
There are a variety of good restaurants to choose from. You are in Punta, so you should spend your money to enjoy everything this place can offer.
In the Playa Mansa, you will find great gourmet restaurants with a range of prices.

BEACHES IN PUNTA DEL ESTE
We stay in a hotel near from Playa Mansa and Playa Brava and also the Gorlero Street but you have a variety of beaches to visit and enjoy different vibes.

NIGHT IN PUNTA DEL ESTE
Gorlero Street is the central point of the city and one block away from Gorlero, you will find the Calle 20 (20 street) where you will find brand stores and all luxury stores in the city. We visited some good stores there with reasonable prices.
I'm mentioning stores here because you will find them open until 3am every single day. So, it's a good way to start your night... walking around and visiting some stores.
Your night in Punta del Este can start in a Restaurant and than visiting some stores and then lounges, bar, casino and finally night clubs.

Actually our Punta del Este stay was awesome and one of the reasons to visit this beautiful place was play in some casinos. We visited NOGARO CASINO, CONRAD CASINO and MANTRA CASINO.

NOGARO CASINO PUNTA DEL ESTE
- Nogaro Casino was purchased revamped by Mantra Casino group and it's located in the Gorlero St. The Nogaro Casino in Punta del Este offers restaurant, theater, poker room, VIP room and a big casino floor with slot machines and table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette).
In the Nogaro Casino, most of the slot machines is IGT but they work with other manufacturers such as WMS, Atronic, ....
I noticed that IGT, WMS and Atronic slots is the most crowded. You have good options to play at Nogaro Casino and you can play the most modern progressive games (slot machines in a network), 5 reel slots, and a variety of classic slot machines and slot games

CONRAD CASINO PUNTA DEL ESTE
Conrad Casino Punta del Este is the most famous casino in Punta del Este and you can enjoy hour of fun in their casino floor, gourmet restaurants, lounges, theater or visiting some seasonal attractions.
Definitely, Conrad Casino Punta del Este is a must visit spot and you will find a variety of things to do there.
